Bruno Briatta has been a partner of the firm since 1991.

He advises and assists companies on all matters relating to labour law, whether individual or collective.

Bruno Briatta is particularly involved in criminal labour litigation (occupational injuries, concealed work, etc.). He also advises companies on competition law and has recognized expertise in business secrecy and patent law.

A former member of the Bar Council of the Lyon Bar, Bruno Briatta is also an honorary member of the Union des Jeunes Avocats, a mediator within Alma Médiation and a founding member of the Rotary Club Saint-Exupéry. Besides, he is particularly involved in the association ETICKA which supports environmental, cultural and social projects.
