Elisabeth Graujeman was a partner at Fromont Briens & Associés for several years. In 2001, she joined Chassany Watrelot & Associés where she now acts as a managing partner also in charge of the Welfare protection hub.

She advises French and international companies on all issues relating to employment and labour law. She has been practising for more than two decades with a strong focus on complex reorganizations such as plant closures, mergers and acquisitions as well as litigations against unions and social and economics councils (CSE).

For many years, she has also been sought after for her niche expertise on supplementary retirement and welfare schemes.

Elisabeth Graujeman is the co-author of a book on the  French pensions reform : “Réforme(s) des retraites et emploi des seniors : le nouveau droit des retraites après les réformes de 2010 et 2012”, Editions Liaisons, Collection Droit Vivant.

 

Besides, she features among leading individuals in French employment law and social security law (compensation and benefits) in the 2024 edition of The Legal 500 EMEA.

Also, Elisabeth Graujeman has been ranked among the best French lawyers (Band 4) specializing in employment law by Chambers Europe ranking for 2024 which reviews that she “acts for an impressive roster of leading domestic clients. She handles the negotiation of collective agreements, disputes and crisis management matters.
